I purchased a package from BRANDSONSALE 16706 Edwards Road Cerritos, CA. I purchased a Halloween Item on the 29th of October 2007. They charged me for an item that weighed less than 2 lbs 55.30. I agreed to purchase it and went through with it. It was shipped UPS red Next Day Air Delievery(by 10:30am) but was received at 12;53 pm. I called UPS and asked for my refund back and they said i had to contact brandsonsale for my refund so i did. Brandsonsale refused to pay back my refund because they stuck it to me on the freight charges. I agrees again to go through the purchase but when UPS dropped the ball im entitled to my refund which suppose to be refunded by BRANDSONSALE. Again they refused to pay me the refund. I contacted UPS and they agreed to refund BRANDSONSALE ups account but what good does that do the person purchasing the item ordered.
Bottom line UPS is just making these internet customers bigger monsters by keeping them in business. They should also knowledge the receiver when they dropped the ball in delievering a overnite package late. I contacted them and they said all they can do is refund BRANDSONSALE for the late shipments chages and BRANDSONSALE keeps twice as much shipping charges and the one getting the short end of the stick was myself, brandsonsale customer.
UPS is using their shipping customers as a scapegoat and should change their policies before it gives itself a bad name. I will continue with this and make it a public matter to make UPS as better honest shipper. Re-consider before you even buy any items from this company, brandsonsale. They charged me twice on my creditcard for that one item and good thing i checked my online banking and contacted my bank.

UPS need to change their policies. I always prefer and feel safer with Fed-Ex.
Are serious, your order came 2 hours late and you spend 3 hours creating a blog to complain about. Dude, you need a life.
